I always experienced a yearning to acknowledge my responsibilities and reciprocate by contributing to the growth and development of our society.
While thinking of how to make it a reality with the little means at my disposal did the idea of providing a platform for development of local youth took shape. That sowed the seeds in my mind.
GPTC strikes the right balance between cognitive and psychomotor domains through theoretical & practical classes aimed at providing well rounded knowledge to the students. The balanced curriculum that includes smart class, communication lab, sports, cultural events, social activities etc.
Besides conventional education methods help mould them in to skilled professionals and responsible citizens. That satisfied our soul.our model recognizes the benefits of entrepreneurial education, among any field, for those who would like to join the workforce, as well as for those who would become self- employed.
Students who would join a company would be able to offer the employer a different in-depth perspective.He would understand that his role could impact the growth of the company and therefore be an asset for any employer.
We recognize, however, that for a person to be successful not only cognitive knowledge is necessary; indeed, one must always search for a mission in life.

Medical check-up for students have been conducted to provide suggestions for their general health improvements by govt hospital doctors. Dengue, swine flue and HIV awareness have also been given to students.
Apart from regular curriculum of subjects various seminars related to knowledge about field activities and working environment industrial oriented working techniques.
Providing the efforts according to the industrial needs have also been imparted. Students are participating with great interest.
Guest lecturers in connection with their future improvement higher education and employment opportunities, the awareness and guidance regarding self employment schemes have also been provided to the bright future of the students. Though the students are well-versed in their subject knowledge, in practical what is going on in industries and how the industrial environment is in day to day proceedings have to be known for the students community as they would be the up-coming industrialists in near future conducting and taking into account of this, the industrial visits have been arranged for our final year students.
Capacity of listening, understanding and presenting in the examination are different for each and every students Since every students are unique. Finding their needy parts in the improvement process skill development training has been given to make them Full-fledged Engineers, industrialists entrepreneurs by developing their multi skills and to help the society
Since this college is situated in rural area, it is highly essential to uplift the education level which in turn helping to improve the economical conditions and life style of their family. For the benefit of students and to improve their skills in various horizons guest lecturers in Engineering and Technology related topics as well as soft skills.
To achieve their goals and for getting employment opportunities performing in the interview with professional touch is very much important. In order to develop their skills on Interview Techniques, spoken English developments, group discussion, presentation of Technical skills Special attention is given to candidates.
Placement opportunities have been created by inviting various concerns and 100% Placement is achieved with the co-operation and help of one and all involved in this process. Thus we are very much proud of helping to improve their confident level and also economical of the family and the society Students are participated in sports and athlete competitions and won prizes.
This campus is maintained as plastic free zone .
Principal is giving the advice by addressing to the students then and there for their character building and maintaining discipline. For maintaining this campus as greenery environment and eco-friendly trees samplings are planted.
For giving awareness knowing social value importance of saving the life, the blood at the golden time is very much essential. Our students are eagerly participating in the blood donation camps conducted in our college campus as providing blood donation camps are conducted.
